We are currently observing an issue with price quotes from one of our liquidity providers. The price quotes are being received with significant delays.

Because of the issue, users may experience order execution delays or rejections due to missing quotes.

We are aware of the issue and are currently working with our liquidity provider to restore the price feed as soon as possible. We are looking into it as a priority and should fix it in the nearest time

Dear PrimeXBT users,

The trading platform will undergo a scheduled maintenance on Saturday, October 15th, 2022. The maintenance will start at 07:00 UTC and will take up to 7 hours.

During the maintenance period PrimeXBT users will not be able to log into their accounts.

Open positions on margin Trading, Copy-trading Strategy, and Contest accounts may be liquidated if the margin requirements are not met throughout the maintenance. Pending orders may be executed in case the asset's price reaches the order’s limit or stop price during the maintenance or upon its completion.

Incoming deposits sent during the maintenance will be accepted and available in the account once the maintenance is finished.

Withdrawals requested before the maintenance may be delayed if the maintenance is not finished by 14:00, in which case they will be released after the maintenance.
